How We Manage It

Wireless Internet

We work with every community to successfully “launch” each wifi network. This is done in two phases:

Step 1

We host a series of auditorium sessions in which the residents can bring any wireless devices (iPad, laptop, Kindle, smartphone) and learn to connect to the wifi network.

Step 2

Our technicians visit apartments or villas to work “1-on-1” with residents that have traditional desktop computers to connect to the network.

24x7x365 Support

As part of our standard offering, you and your residents get access to our 24x7x365 support center. Our Carolina-based call center is well-versed on all wirelessly enabled devices. Today’s seniors arrive on your property with a wide variety of wireless devices, but our team is always available and ready to provide support. 

We even offer inviatalk℠, an add-on program for on-site technical training support for residents.
